Independent Retailer
Only Chrono is an independent retailer specializing in authentic luxury timepieces.
We are not an authorized dealer, distributor, or service center for any manufacturer unless explicitly stated on a product listing.
All trademarks, product names, logos, and brand identifiers appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.
Product Authenticity
Every watch offered by Only Chrono is inspected for authenticity before being listed for sale.
Unless otherwise noted, all watches are genuine pre-owned luxury timepieces.
Any included accessories such as boxes, warranty cards, manuals, or additional straps will be described within each individual listing.
Product Condition
Unless specifically described as New or Unworn, our inventory consists primarily of pre-owned luxury watches.
Each listing contains detailed photographs and condition notes intended to accurately represent the item being sold.
Minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal ownership may be present.
Because every watch is unique, buyers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs and descriptions prior to purchasing.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
An item is not considered sold until payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
Occasionally pricing or inventory errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies or inventory availability.
Payments
We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.
Orders may require additional identity verification before shipment.
Only Chrono reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent or violates applicable laws.
Order Verification
To protect both buyers and sellers, high-value purchases may require identity verification, proof of address, or additional documentation before shipment.
Failure to complete requested verification may result in order cancellation and a full refund.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared and all verification requirements have been satisfied.
Every shipment includes:
- Fully insured shipping
- Adult signature confirmation
- Tracking information
- Secure packaging
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Only Chrono is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns
All sales are final.
Due to the nature and value of luxury timepieces, Only Chrono does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has shipped unless required by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to review all photographs, descriptions, and specifications before completing a purchase.
Warranty
Unless specifically stated in the product listing, pre-owned watches sold by Only Chrono are not covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
If a manufacturer's warranty remains active, it will be disclosed within the individual listing.
Any warranty offered directly by Only Chrono will also be clearly disclosed in the product description.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only Chrono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold through this website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and design elements, is the property of Only Chrono unless otherwise noted.
